BUNBURY HEALTH TASK FORCE, INTERIM REPORT
Why did the minister act so quickly on only an interim report? The minister has made those decisions based on an interim report. The task force was stacked with two Labor members. Mr KUCERA

I will ignore the last comment of that supplementary question. It does not deserve any comment. Some fine people are on this task force and they did an excellent job with the report. If the member for Murdoch read the entire report, which he assures me he has - Mr Board: I have it here. Mr KUCERA: I refer to the recommendations on page 8 of the report. Dot point five recommends - The Minister for Health invite members of the existing Boards to assume the roles of local Health Advisory Councils, and the Board Chairs be invited to form an interim South West Health Advisory Council to replace the South West Health Executive. It is clear that the member sitting alongside the member for Murdoch was part of the group that put up the 2020 plan. That was a good plan. However, the clear position taken by these people is that the major impediment to the cooperative efforts needed to implement that plan is the independent operation of the five individual agencies. This is an excellent report. It is a blueprint for the future.
