(a-k) The Beenyup Grove project is a large scale mature residential estate project with a total of 815 lots expected at project completion.
Approximately $49 million has been spent to date to deliver 578 lots and Beenyup Grove has become a thriving community in Perth s southeastern corridor.
A mix of social housing has been provisioned for within the estate, including up to 99 social homes.
As is standard industry practice, remaining lots will be released in stages and announcements of these releases will be made in due course.
Community and commercial facilities delivered as part of this planned community include Beenyup Primary School, Buttercups Childcare & Early Learning Centre and Beenyup Park.
