I refer to my question without notice 432 dated 28 November 2002 on the Stephenson Highway road reserve through Bold Park. Given the article in the Cambridge Post of 12 November 2005 on the Perry Lakes Redevelopment Bill 2005, I ask - (1) Has the minister completed the comprehensive assessment of the Stephenson Highway reservation, including extensive community consultation, that was announced for the end of 2003? (2) If yes to (1), will the minister table the assessment report? (3) If no to (1), what is the time line for the promised assessment? (4) What strategies will the minister implement to ensure the promised extensive community consultation? Hon KATE DOUST

(3) It is anticipated that the assessment will be completed towards the end of 2006. (4) The minister will take advice from the Department for Planning and Infrastructure on the most appropriate form of further consultation, given the high level of previous community involvement in this matter and the diversity of community opinion.
