the Minister for Health:
I refer to the Western Australian
Vaccine Safety Surveillance: Annual report 2022 that the minister informed
the house was anticipated for release in July, yet was inexplicably released
only in November.
(1) Was the minister briefed on the
report on 7 November 2023?
(2) What documents did the minister
receive as part of that briefing?
(3) Did the minister or her staff
take any notes as part of that briefing?
(4) Further to (2) and (3), will
the minister table those documents?
