I refer to public housing in Port and South Hedland, and I ask: (a) what was the number of property holdings as at 1 March 2015; (b) what was the number of property holdings as at 1 March 2016; (c) how many of the properties in (b) are tenanted; (d) what is the address of any property that is currently vacant and awaiting refurbishment; (e) what is the address and zoning of any vacant land holdings; and (f) how many new residential developments are planned over the forward estimates and what is the address of each development?

The Housing Authority advises:
(a) 617
(b)-(c) 607, of which:
·         508 were tenanted
·         14 were managed by community housing organisations and the Housing Authority does not have tenancy data on these properties
·         54 were undergoing maintenance, refurbishment or awaiting occupation by new tenants
·         31 were not for return to public housing stock but are awaiting demolition or sale.
