The Department of Corrective Services employs a Portal Administrator who is responsible for updating the content on the external website. The staff member is employed within the Knowledge Management Directorate, Online Services Unit. Maintenance of the website is not the sole duty or responsibility.
The officer's pay grade is Level 6 Step 4.
