I refer to the minister’s answer to question without notice 368 in the Legislative Council on 13 November in which the minister stated that advice had been provided by CALM on the matter of Dr Wilson’s conflict of interest in the Mauds Landing development proposal. Will the minister now table a copy of the advice from CALM; if not, why not? Hon TOM STEPHENS
