I
refer to the National Redress Scheme, and I ask: (a) has the Western Australian State Government agreed to be a funder of last resort for any now defunct non-government institutions; (b) if yes to (a), which institutions; (c) if no to (a): (i) why not; and (ii) when will a decision be made; (d) have any applicants received redress payments from the Western Australian State Government acting as a funder of last resort; (e) if yes to (d): (i) how many applicants; and (ii) how much have they received; (f) are any applicants currently waiting a possible redress payment while a decision is made regarding whether the State Government will act as a funder of last resort; and (g) if yes to (f): (i) how many applicants; and (ii) how long have they been waiting?
