I ask the question on behalf of Hon Norman Moore. I refer the minister to question without notice 106. (1) Will the minister confirm that the documents tabled last week, tabled paper 2580, are the full complement of documents made available to the then Minister Assisting the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure, Hon Tony McRae, in his deliberations on the readvertising of substantial modifications to the Shire of Gingin town planning scheme 9? (2) If not, will the minister table all the documents concerning this matter that were sought and explain why they were not tabled previously? (3) If the tabled documents are all that former Minister Assisting the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure Hon Tony McRae was given, will the minister table the documents provided to the former minister assisting when he made the initial decision concerning readvertising of modifications; and, if not, why not? The question asked last week related to one decision that was presumed, as articulated in the answer, to be the decision to not require the Millbank proposal to be readvertised. The documents provided were complete in respect of that decision. In respect of the member’s request now for documents on the then acting minister’s initial decision on readvertising the modifications, the decision was part of the consideration of town planning scheme 9.
