1365. Hon PETER COLLIER to the minister representing the
Minister for Corrective Services:
I refer the
minister to his comments on 26 September at the announcement of the facility to
replace unit 18, Casuarina Prison, that the cost will be ''well in
excess of $100 million'' and to question without notice 1312 on
24 October.
(1) Will the cost
of the new facility be ''well in excess of $100 million''?
(2) If not, what is
the anticipated cost of the new facility?
