a) Applicants must meet eligibility criteria including:
· being an Australian citizen or permanent resident;
· residing in Western Australia;
· registered with Centrelink, be employed or have a registered business in the state;
· be within the income eligibility limits;
· meet identity requirements;
· meet age requirements;
· not own property or land; and
· not exceed the cash asset limits.
Applicants must provide documents or information to verify the eligbility criteria such as:
· identification documents (birth certificate, certificate of citizenship);
· centrelink statement, wage slip or notice of assessment; and
· bank statement.
