I refer to the Government’s new policy on voluntary government school fees. (1) Will the Government top up any revenue shortfalls experienced by primary and secondary schools this year as a result of the change in policy on school contributions? (2) How much has been allocated for this purpose? (3) How much has been distributed to date? (4) Has the Government prepared any guidelines for the distribution of top-up funds, and, if so, when were they circulated to schools? (5) Will the minister table a copy of the guidelines?
