Labor government's apparent focus on regional representation whilst
acknowledging the location of my electorate office.
(1) How many Labor Legislative Council electorate
offices are currently based in the regions and are expected to remain in the
regions?
(2) Are there any plans to open more Labor
electorate offices in regional WA for this term?

question. I note the interjections by some who we do not know if they have been
re-elected yet. Indeed, we have just been told we will not be told for a while
longer.
(1)–(2) Nine Western Australian Labor members
of the Legislative Council have their electorate offices located in regional
Western Australia. Three WA Liberal members, two Nationals WA members and two
independent members have their electorate offices located in regional Western
Australia. Electorate office locations for incoming members of the Legislative
Council will be determined following the return of the 2025 state election writs.
