On 4 July 2014, the solicitors for Mr Ryan Marron submitted a detailed
plan to the state government for the payment of an ex gratia claim.
(1) Can the Attorney General confirm that
the state government remains committed to the payment of an ex gratia claim to
Ryan Marron?
(2) When can the Marron family expect this
matter to be resolved?
