(1) Does the minister plan to review
the act?
(2) If yes —
(a) what is the
intended time frame for review;
(b) who will be
consulted; and
(c) will the
minister please table the terms of reference for the review?

review is undertaken, wide consultation with a variety of internal and external
stakeholders will occur.
