A new client information system was deployed on 8 March 2010. Due to issues associated with the transition to the new system, the associated data warehouse is not yet delivered and tested to the point where it can be certified as reliable for extraction of data, in particular for the provision of data to auditing standards. Work is underway to resolve these issues and the data warehouse will be delivered in the near future.
