I refer to cycleways provided in conjunction with the Graham Farmer Freeway and ask -
(a) what was the total cost of these works;
(b) how were these valued; and
(c) were the funds allocated out of the Main Roads budget provision for Perth Bicycle Network?

The Minister Replied:
(a) $4.96 million, excluding path on Windan Bridge over the Swan River.
(b) Specific cost components identified within the contracts.
(c) $2.05 million was funded out of the Graham Farmer Freeway project's contribution towards the Perth Bicycle Network. The remaining funds ($2.91 million) were provided by Main Roads as part of its commitment to enhancing cycling facilities across the metropolitan area.
