STANDING COMMITTEE ON
PROCEDURE AND PRIVILEGES — FIFTY-FIFTH REPORT —EMAIL ACCESS
947. Hon PETER COLLIER to the Leader of the House
representing the Premier:
I refer the Premier to his response
to question without notice 884—C910—asked in the Legislative
Council on Wednesday, 21 August 2019, and his response to the member for Moore's
question in the Legislative Assembly on 28 August 2019, both of which sought
information as to whether network accounts of any current member of Parliament or their office had been accessed by
the Department of the Premier and Cabinet. Will the Premier provide an
explanation of the inconsistency contained within his response to these two
questions; and, if not, why not?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
I draw the member's attention
to the fact that the two questions, while similar, are not the same.
