FOETAL HOMICIDE LAWS
1444. Hon KATE DOUST to the
Attorney General:
My question is about
the foetal homicide laws. The Attorney General will recall that I asked on 22
May 2013, 18 September 2013, 13 May 2014 and 14 October 2014 when he would
introduce the foetal homicide laws, and the last time he told us that they
would be introduced shortly. Today is the last day of sitting and the last
opportunity to introduce those laws. Can the Attorney General tell us the
status of the foetal homicide laws and when he will introduce the legislation
for WA?
