Reform Commission of Western Australia's report in October 2023 on Project 113: Sexual Offences .
(1) Did the commission make a recommendation
regarding the practice of stealthing?
(2) If yes to (1), what was the recommendation?
(3) Is it the Attorney
General's intention to introduce a bill to make stealthing a standalone offence
in the Criminal Code?
(4) If no to (3), what, if anything, is the
government doing in response to the commission's recommendation?
