Review the 1996 PBN Plan - detail what has been achieved and not yet been achieved (Achievement and Gap Analysis Report).
Stage 2
Research and report on national and international best practice, includes cycling infrastructure, policy and strategies.
Stage 3
Conduct community/stakeholder meetings and two community workshops and appraise input from interest groups, government, private agencies and others.
Analyse the demand and usage of the current network, including the PBN annual survey and Main Roads WA shared path counts data.
Stage 4
Develop Future Strategy Report - provides recommendations on how to progress the new PBN Plan.
Stage 5
Develop the new PBN Plan based on the agreed recommendations.
