I refer to contract
and lease management decisions made by the Transport Portfolio Lands and
Property Services (TPLPS) division within the Department of Transport.
(1) What decisions have been made over the course
of the last 18 months concerning the award of the management lease or leases
for the department's south metropolitan and regional properties and the payment
of associated fees?
(2) What current arrangements for the management
of that property portfolio are in place?

answer on behalf of the Minister for Transport.
(1)–(2) The Transport Portfolio Lands and
Property Services office has undertaken a review of the property management
contracts for each portfolio agency. Work is continuing towards a revised model
of delivery of property management services across the transport portfolio.
