(1) I refer to the State government's announcement in March 2009 of a four year $ 2 million program to roll out mobile speed humps to combat hoon drivers and " rat runs" in the suburbs and I ask :-? (2) At what locations and over what periods has this speed hump/ s been deployed? (3) What is the total expenditure undertaken by government under this program since March 2009? (4) Is the program still operating? (5) If yes, how do police or local governments apply for deployment of such devices at a particular location?
