I thank the honourable member for some notice of this question. The Minister for Indigenous Affairs has provided the following response — (1) Three. (2) The three pieces of artwork are: Seven Sisters , price $1 500, purchased on 26 March 2009 and located at the Department of Indigenous Affairs; Dancing Grounds , price $7 200, purchased on 18 November 2009 and located in the minister’s office; and Linked , price $2 500, purchased on 18 June 2010 and located in the minister’s office. All those prices are GST inclusive. Hon Ken Travers : Good to hear! Who gets the input? Hon SIMON O’BRIEN : Well, only 68c in the dollar comes back to Western Australia. That is the bad news. But I digress. Hon Ken Travers : Does the department get to keep the credit input? Hon SIMON O’BRIEN : I will take that on notice. (3) Yes, all Indigenous art in the electorate office is personally owned by the member for Dawesville. (4) No.
