❓ A WA parliamentary question addresses concerns about transparency and fairness in the EPA's assessment of the proposed Osmington coal mine, specifically regarding information sharing between government agencies, the proponent (LD Operations), and the public. The Minister's response indicates that while LD Operations received government submissions, the public did not, citing the EPA's deliberative processes.
