(2) Yes, the Minister for the Environment and Heritage has been advised by the Department of Environmental Protection that the City of Rockingham advised the Cockburn Sound Management Council (CSMC) of its proposal in correspondence dated 5 September 2001. The CSMC considered the proposal at its meeting on 21 September 2001. (3) The City of Rockingham as the proponent has referred the proposal to the Environmental Protection Authority to determine a level of Environmental Impact Assessment.
