135. Hon SALLY TALBOT to the Attorney General
representing the Minister for Police:
(1) Has the Motorcycle Safety Review
Group concluded its report?
(2) If yes to
(1), what conclusions did the group reach about the rate of death and serious
injury amongst motorcycle riders aged 85 years and older?
(3) Did the group
make recommendations about whether mandatory aged-based practical driving
assessments should be removed for motorcyclists in line with the removal of
these tests for other licence holders?
(4) If no to (1), when will the
report be concluded and made public?
