I refer to the
Office of Digital Government and the WA government's cyber security
policy.
(1) How many
agencies have submitted an implementation plan to DGov?
(2) How many agencies have yet to submit an
implementation plan to DGov; and, of those, have any requested an
extension?
(3) Are any
agencies deemed exempt from the requirement to submit an implementation plan?
(4) Of those
agencies that have submitted an implementation plan, has DGov identified any
agency that is not compliant with the WA government's cyber security
policy?

submit a plan have done so.
(2) Not applicable.
(3) No.
(4) DGov is still
processing the annual implementation reports submitted by agencies to ascertain
the current level of compliance.
