(1) When will stage 2 commence?
(2) When will funding be allocated to build stage 2?
(3) Has the
minister approached the Minister for Regional Development for an allocation of
royalties for regions funds or has the Department of Education applied for
royalties for regions funds to build stage 2; and, if not, why not?
(4) If yes to
(3), when was or were the approach or approaches made and what was or were the
response or responses?

(1) Stage 2 of
Carnarvon Community College is currently being documented and construction is
expected to commence in early 2017. I cannot wait.

An amount of $17.6 million was allocated for stage 2 in the 2015–16
budget. This funding has been provided from royalties for regions. It is long
overdue for that school.
