962. Hon SALLY TALBOT to the Minister for
Planning:
This question was lodged in the name
of Hon Samantha Rowe, who is
away from the chamber on urgent parliamentary business, so I ask it on her
behalf.
I refer to the minister's
answer to question without notice 903 asked on Thursday, 8 September 2016 about
the East Perth power station site.
(1) On what date
did each of the five entities listed in the minister's answer last
receive an update on the progress of their expressions of interest?
(2) On what date was a meeting last
held with representative of the five entities?
(3) What is the
name of each person who attended the last meeting with representatives of the
five entities?
(4) On what date did the evaluation
panel last meet and who was in attendance?

I thank the member for some notice
of the question.
(1) Formal
communication was last issued on 8 September 2015.
(2) No meetings
have been held with the entities with the purpose of discussing the East Perth
power station expressions-of-interest process to date.
(3) Not applicable.
(4) The
evaluation panel last met on 11 June 2015, which included all members as
provided in the answer to question without notice 903, as well as four
additional staff members from the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority and the
probity adviser from PricewaterhouseCoopers.
