The response provides details on completion status, rental range, occupancy by non-mining/government staff, and rental yield.

I refer to the Minister’s media release of 10 September 2010 headlined ‘First home for Karratha service workers on the way’, and I ask:
(a) how many of the 100 homes are completed for occupation by residents;
(b) what is the actual range of rent for these homes per week;
(c) how many of these homes are occupied by staff in service jobs outside the mining and Government sectors; and
(d) what is the rental yield on these homes?
