(a) What was the purpose of this contract and what advice was received, please provide a summary;
(b) What actions were taken by DPC after 31 May when the contact expired and was the advice or recommendations implemented? Is so, please explain how.; and
(c) Can the Premier provide a copy of this advice to parliament? If not, why not?
