I refer to the DOLA revenue sharing arrangements which require local authorities with commercial leases on Crown land to transfer a share of the revenue derived from the lease to DOLA -
(1) Is the Minister aware that some local authorities are concerned that DOLA calculations based on the gross revenue and not the actual or net profit derived by the local authority is causing an inequitable situation?
(2) What action can be taken to rectify such a situation?

(1) and (2): There is no such arrangement at this time. The Department for Planning and Infrastructure has prepared a draft policy. The policy is subject to Local Government and other stakeholder comment.
