(3) For each of the past five financial years, how many kilolitres of water have been carted to Northcliffe annually: (a) what was the total annual cost? (1)   The number of kilolitres of water carted to Northcliffe per day varies.  The average volume per day based on carting in November 2025 was 41.38kL
