(1) Has the Attorney General approved the allocation
of additional funds to address this shortfall for 2016–17?
(2) Where has this funding come from
within the department?

(4) What will happen to the funding

Commission is looking at options to provide for the continuation of funding
from 1 July 2017, if there continues to be a shortfall of funding from the
Legal Contribution Trust fund.
