I refer to Western Australian ports, which fall under two acts, the Port Authorities Act 1999 and Shipping and Pilotage Act 1967 , and I ask: (a) what is the status of plans to transfer proclaimed ports currently overseen by the Department of Transport to the port authorities, for each of the identified ports: (i) Port Walcott; (ii) Cape Preston; (iii) Barrow Island; (iv) Onslow; (v) Carnarvon (Useless Loop); and (vi) Carnarvon (Cape Cuvier)?
