I refer to the Implementation Partnership Group and, I ask: (a) has the Implementation Group met during 2014; (b) if yes to (a): (i) what are the dates of the 2014 meeting; (ii) why have no communiques been made available in the Mental Health Commission website given that the site states "Communiqués outlining the progress of the Stokes Review will be uploaded after every Implementation Partnership Group meeting"; and (iii) will the communiques for 2014 be made available to the public and ,if so, when; and (c) if no to (a), why not?

(a) Yes.
(b) (i) The Implementation Partnership Group (IPG) has met three times in 2014, on 20 March, 26 June and 16 October.
(ii-iii) Originally, after each meeting the independent Chair of the IPG would provide a report on progress accompanied by a communique.
These documents often contained similar, if not identical, information. Therefore, it was decided that only the Chair's report would be provided, including all of the relevant information.
The Chair's reports are available on the Mental Health Commission's (MHC) website.
(c) Not applicable.
