I refer to the creation of the Metronet private sector reference group, and I ask: (a) who are the members of the private sector reference group; (b) do any of the members of the private sector reference group have land holdings adjacent to any Metronet stations/lines and if so which stations/lines and which members; (c) do any of the members of the private sector reference group have investments in companies that have land holdings adjacent to any Metronet station and if so which members and which Metronet stations/line; (d) how many times has the private sector reference group met; (e) has the Minister met with the private sector reference group and if so, on what dates; (f) has the private sector reference group raised any concerns with the Minister or the Metronet taskforce regarding the Government's foreign investor surcharge; and (g) if yes to (d) what concerns were raised?
