I refer to the free wifi network in Bunbury's CBD, and I ask: (a) will the Minister please provide a map identifying the area in which the free wifi is accessible; (b) what was the cost of providing the infrastructure for the free wifi; (c) what is the recurrent cost of providing the free wifi and how is this funded; (d) what is the password to access the free wifi; (e) is there an annual cost for providing the free wifi service; and (f) if yes to (e): (i) what is the annual cost of providing the service; and (ii) who is meeting the cost of the service?
