advises that the allocation of dwellings by area has not been finalised. This � will be determined based on established
practice, which takes into account priority demand and opportunities to deliver
value for money in building, spot purchasing or leasing properties. Based on
current demand, it is estimated that 20 per cent of housing will be in regional
areas.
