I refer to the proposal to transfer existing public housing stock from Homeswest to the private housing NGO’s in the City of Gosnells, and I ask -
(1) What is the current status of this proposal?
(2) How many dwellings are likely to be considered for this proposal?
(3) Has, or will, the Department of Housing quantify the potential loss of rates income to the City of Gosnells?
(4) If yes to (3), what is that likely loss?
(5) If no to (3), why not?
(6) If yes to (3), will the Government provide financial or other assistance to the City of Gosnells to mitigate the impact of this loss?
(7) If yes to (6), what is the nature of this assistance likely to be and how long will it last?
(8) If no to (6), why not?
