Notes: (1) Outsourcing of numerous advertising and promotion responsibilities to Non-Government Organisations commenced in 2005-06. This advertising was previously purchased directly by the Health Promotion Unit, but is now recognised as the Purchase of External Services.
(2) The table includes staff recruitment advertising.
