(1) Lane forest block comprises approximately 1,250 hectares. (2) Approximately 120 hectares of old growth forest were recorded in Lane block during the preparation of the Regional Forest Agreement. (3) Records to December 1999 indicate that approximately 100 hectares of old growth occurred in Lane block at that date. (4) Records for areas harvested during 2000 will not be available until after December, while the future extent of any harvesting within this block during 2001 will not be finalised until the routine coupe planning, including local consultation, is undertaken.
