(a) does the Minister intend Target 120 to be co-designed;
(b) if yes to (a), which agencies and organisations will be involved in the co-design process;
(c) if no to (a), why not;
(d) which organisations or individuals have been consulted in the development of Target 120;
(e) if no consultation has been undertaken in the development of Target 120, why not; and
(f) when does the Government intend Target 120 to commence?
