SSO acted on behalf of the Gallery in negotiations with the debtor to secure 80% repayment of the disputed debt. This is indicative of the Gallery's strategic approach to monitoring its debtors. At 30 June 2007 less than 0.5% of receivables were outstanding for more than 60 days.
