That is remarkable, Mr Speaker! I want
to clarify something. The minister said that there was no breakdown in
security, so does this mean that escapees are not evidence of a breach in
security?

As I just said to the member, I am
not going to go into the security systems of Broome Regional Prison or any
other prison, and for good reason. I just put to the member, because I cannot
go into it in detail, that the escape was remarkable and no-one in this chamber
could do that. That is it.
