The following amounts have been paid between 1 April 2014 and 28 January 2015:

Nil.
Mental Health Commission
$3,428.72 to Rentokil Initial, Everbloom Flowers, Magnolias and OA & PS Lindsell. Please note $1,562.13 of this amount was paid from sponsorship monies provided to the Mental Health Commission for the Good Outcomes Awards 2014.

The Department hired and/or purchased the plants and flowers from the following suppliers:
Albany Indoor Plant Hire & Sales
Indoor Gardens Pty Ltd
Rentokil Initial Pty Ltd (Indoor Plants)
Disability Services Commission
$192.50 for the purchase of plants from Bunnings at two Local Area Coordination Offices.
$2,277.00 for the hire of plants at the Commission's Joondalup Office ($227.70 per month). Complete Indoor Plants supply and maintain the plants.
