I refer to the PremierXXX ###XXXs
justification to the house yesterday trying to positively spin the shocking
debt that he has burdened the state with. I quote —
� at record low long-term interest rates, it is not such a bad position
to be in.
Can the Premier confirm that interest rates will remain at
these levels for the lifetime of the debt?
