procurement processes, and ask: (a) for what reasons has the Minister or his department not included council procurement processes as

1995 ; (b) will local government procurement processes
now be added to the second phase of the review; and (c) will the Minister look at aligning local government procurement processes with the WA Jobs Act 2017 : (i) if
not, why not; and (ii) if

(a) Local government procurement is one of the areas identified for possible reform. Various options for reform to local government procurement are canvassed in the financial management fact sheet and discussion papers available on the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries’ website.
