I refer to the Minister's advice to the House on 23 May 2013 that all mental health patent units have closed circuit television (CCTV) located in areas that do not breach patient confidentiality and/or privacy and the Minister’s subsequent advice to the House on 12 June 2013 that CCTV located in public areas would not breach patient confidentiality/privacy, and I ask:
(a) which areas in the following authorised hospitals have CCTV;
(b) for each location of a CCTV camera, is the CCTV footage recorded for later viewing; and
(c) for each authorised hospital, how many treatment rooms, bedrooms and wards do not have CCTV installed:
(i) Mother and Baby Unit, King Edward Memorial Hospital;
(ii) Albany Mental Health Unit;
(iii) Kalgoorlie Hospital Mental Health Inpatient Unit;
(iv) South West Area Health Service Acute Psychiatric Unit;
(v) Mabu Lyan, Broome Hospital, Mental Health Unit;
(vi) Bentley Adolescent Unit;
(vii) Families at Work;
(viii) The Alma Street Centre;
(ix) Fremantle Hospital Ward 4.3;
(x) Leschen Unit, Armadale Inpatient Unit;
(xi) Karri Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit;
(xii) Banksia Ward;
(xiii) The Mills Street Centre;
(xiv) Bentley Older Adult Mental Health Services;
(xv) Mimidi Park, Rockingham General Hospital Mental Health Unit;
(xvi) Graylands Hospital;
(xvii) The Frankland Centre;
(xviii) The Selby Older Adult Mental Health Service;
(xix) Mental Health Unit, Joondalup Hospital;
(xx) The Swan Valley Centre;
(xxi) The Boronia Inpatient Unit; and
(xxii) The Ursula Frayne Unit?
